Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try WPCommand for free before buying?
Absolutely! You can start a 14-day free trial by installing WPCommand. No credit card required.
During the trial, you’ll get access to all features except usage statistics. Once the trial ends, the command palette becomes unavailable — you’ll be prompted to choose a plan and activate a license.
How does the free trial work?
The 14-day trial starts as soon as you install the extension and verify your email — no card required. You’ll get access to all Pro features except statistics.
After 14 days, the command palette will be disabled. You can then choose a plan (Individual or Agency) and activate a license to continue.
What if I’m not happy? Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do. We want you to be 100% satisfied with WPCommand. If you purchase a subscription and decide it’s not for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Just send us an email at refund@wpcommand.io with your account details (like the email you used to purchase or your license key) within 14 days of purchase. We’ll promptly issue a full refund via our payment processor – no interrogation, no hassle. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, and your license will be deactivated. (For more details, you can check out our Refund Policy.)
Which browsers are compatible with WPCommand?
WPCommand works with:
– Chrome (including Arc, Dia, Comet)
– Firefox (including Zen)
We recommend Chrome or Firefox-based browsers for best compatibility. Other browsers are not supported.
Is WPCommand safe to use on my WordPress site?
Which page builders and plugins does WPCommand support?
WPCommand supports Elementor, Bricks, Divi, and WooCommerce out of the box.
If a page or post is edited with one of these builders, you’ll see a small label (like “E” for Edit) next to the result — just click “E” to open directly in the builder.
WPCommand also automatically indexes any plugin that adds commands to the dashboard, so most plugins will work out of the box, even if not listed here. More deep integrations are coming based on user feedback.
Will WPCommand support more tools in the future?
Yes. We plan to add support for more page builders and plugins like ACF, RankMath, Crocoblock, and even Oxygen or Etch.
Pro users will be able to vote on upcoming integrations, so your feedback will help shape WPCommand’s roadmap.
Does WPCommand work with admin plugins like UIPress or WP Adminify?
Currently, WPCommand works best with the default WordPress dashboard. Plugins like UIPress or WP Adminify (which heavily customize the WP admin interface) might prevent WPCommand’s command list from showing correctly, simply because those plugins rearrange or overhaul the UI. For now, we recommend using WPCommand with the standard dashboard for an optimal experience.
That said, we know those tools are popular, and we plan to improve compatibility in a future update. Supporting those admin customizer plugins is on our roadmap.
How many devices can I activate WPCommand on?
Device activations depend on your plan:
– Individual Monthly: 2 activations
– Individual Yearly: 3 activations
– Agency: 10 activations
An activation = one browser profile (for example Chrome, Arc, or Firefox).
If you ever hit the limit, you’ll be able to reset activations and re-activate the devices you need. Your saved stats and settings won’t be lost.
What if I only manage one or two sites? Is WPCommand worth it for me?
Even if you’re working on just a single site (or a couple of sites), WPCommand can be a game changer for your productivity. Think of it as your personal sidekick for WordPress – it takes care of navigation and jumping between screens instantly, so you can focus on actual work. You’ll save a few seconds here and there on every task, and those seconds add up quickly. Our early users started with just one site and told us they can’t imagine going back to the old click-and-scroll method 😉. In short, yes – you’ll still benefit, because who doesn’t like saving time and mental energy?
