Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 20, 2026

Welcome to WPCommand, a browser extension designed to streamline site management tasks on WordPress websites through a command palette interface. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WPCommand (“Service”), provided by WPCommand, a sole trader business based in Ukraine (Kyiv, pr. Svobody, 04215). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WPCommand is a SaaS browser extension that provides a command palette for WordPress administrators, content managers, developers, and agency owners to efficiently manage posts, users, and other administrative tasks. The Service is accessible via monthly or yearly subscriptions, with a 14-day free trial.

2. Eligibility

To use WPCommand, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be logged in as an administrator on a WordPress website.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms.

3. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WPCommand under the plan you selected: Individual or Agency.

A “device” means a browser profile with WPCommand installed (for example, Chrome, Arc, or Firefox; different browsers or profiles on the same computer count as separate devices).

Device activation limits:

  • Individual Monthly: up to two (2) devices
  • Individual Yearly: up to three (3) devices
  • Agency (Monthly or Yearly): up to ten (10) devices

You may use the Service on an unlimited number of WordPress websites where you have sufficient permissions (including client sites you service), provided you comply with your plan’s activation limits.

4. Restrictions

Individual plan is for use by a single person only. You must not share your license key with other individuals or permit concurrent use by multiple people.

Agency plan is designed for team use within one organization. You may allow multiple team members in your organization to use WPCommand under your Agency plan, provided you stay within the device activation limit. You must not share your license key outside your organization or allow third parties to use it.

You must not sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly share your license key or referral/affiliate code in a way that enables unauthorized access or circumvents plan limits.

We may monitor activation and usage patterns (including the number of active devices, frequency of device resets, and other reasonable signals) to detect sharing, fraud, or abuse.

If we reasonably determine that your license is being shared outside the allowed scope, used in a manner that circumvents our limits, or involved in abuse (including self-referrals or coupon fraud), we may limit device activations, temporarily disable access, suspend the license, or disable referral/affiliate benefits.

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to bypass technical measures of the Service.

If the device activation limit is exceeded, the command palette may be disabled until devices are deactivated and re-activated within the allowed limit.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • WPCommand offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, with a 14-day free trial (no payment details required).
  • After the trial, functionality is disabled until a subscription is purchased.
  • To activate the Service, enter your email and license key in the extension.
  • Subscriptions are managed through Paddle, our payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record.
  • If a subscription is canceled, your access remains enabled until the end of your current paid term (as reflected in your account’s “Expires”/“Paid Through” date), after which access to the command palette will be disabled. If a payment fails — we may disable access immediately. Access is restored upon successful payment or purchase of a new license.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WPCommand if: You violate these Terms.

  • Your subscription is canceled or payment fails.
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Upon termination, you must cease using the Service. To resume use, purchase a new license.

7. Limitation of Liability

WPCommand is provided “as is.” As a solo developer, we strive to ensure reliability but are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We thoroughly test and improve the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine (Kyiv, pr. Svobody, 04215), without regard to conflict of law principles.
