Refund Policy

At WPCommand, a sole trader business based in Ukraine (Kyiv, pr. Svobody, 04215), we want you to be satisfied with our browser extension (“Service”). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for your subscription to WPCommand. All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all monthly and yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with WPCommand, you may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your subscription purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at refund@wpcommand.io with your purchase details (e.g., email used for the subscription, license key, or order ID).
  • Optionally, you may include feedback on why you are requesting a refund to help us improve the Service.
  • We will process your refund within 5–10 business days after verifying your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Paddle.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Subscriptions purchased after abusing the 14-day free trial (e.g., creating multiple accounts to extend trial usage).
  • Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., reverse-engineering, reselling, or distributing the Service).
  • If a purchase is refunded, any associated referral rewards or affiliate commissions will not be credited (or may be reversed if already credited).

4. Free Trial

WPCommand offers a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. If you choose not to continue after the trial, no charges will apply, and no refund is needed.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle’s interface or by contacting us at support@wpcommand.io. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will be disabled at the end of the billing period, and no further charges will apply. Refunds for canceled subscriptions are subject to the 14-day money-back guarantee.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
